Case Study
I led the design and development of homepage components and collection experiences for Club Monaco’s e-commerce platform. Working within a fast-paced retail environment, content was updated daily or weekly to support evolving campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
The player starts when it scrolls into view and pauses automatically when it leaves the viewport.
The experience focused on helping customers discover and build complete looks through enhanced filtering, styling guidance, and curated product relationships based on size, tailoring, color, and complementary pieces.
Following the initial phase, Club Monaco transitioned its e-commerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud with an emphasis on preserving the premium shopping experience, maintaining SEO performance, improving load times, and ensuring a seamless experience for returning users.

In parallel, I contributed to scaling and adapting these systems across additional brands using Shopify Plus.
Developed reusable templates tailored to multiple brand identities, including luxury fashion and performance or underwear segments.
Supported brands such as Bally, Playtex UK, and Dim France through customized UI systems and interaction patterns.
Created internal tools and flexible components to streamline merchandising and improve browsing accuracy across brands.
This work marked a significant expansion of my role from execution to full lifecycle ownership. I operated across UX, UI design, and front-end development, delivering end-to-end solutions from concept through implementation.
The result was a scalable, high-performing e-commerce ecosystem that balanced brand storytelling with technical precision and user-centered design.
